Procurement Statutes
The Commission's Contracting and Purchasing Regulations are based on the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) as they relate to purchasing and contracting activities. These regulations along with the City Charter give the Board of Water Commissioners its purchasing and contracting authority.
